＋This is a vintage brown chiffon cocktail dress by Helen Rose, from 1950. It has delicate beading all over the front chest, neckline, shoulder and back. The cocktail dress has three layers of flowing chiffon with a lining, a 14" zipper down the back with a chiffon tie around the waist.
